Contest Brief

I need help from an Excel specialist who can help me identify who has opened a shared Excel document that is located on Onedrive. I am trying to see when an employee accessed it last.

- You'll need to create a solution that can track and log users who access the file.
- The document is accessed by 2-5 people.
- It would be beneficial if you could also provide a report or dashboard that can show this access data in a clear and concise manner.

Please provide examples of similar work you've done in the past, and any relevant experience that you have.

I have shared the file with an employee that is no longer with us and I want to see if he has been accessing the file since he no longer works for us.

Is there a way to look at the past 8 months history of who accessed the file ?

  I can give you access to it. As I mentioned above, the previous employee had access to the link as only view, not edit. I want to know if he logged in to see it in the last 8 months.
