Freelancer – I will decide on the project in 3 days.
The business evaluator estimates what your business is worth and offers a blueprint for scaling your business to the next level. The blueprint will establish your business baseline, identify your peer group, and advise you on what you need to do (people and budget) to accelerate to the next peer group level.
Currently:
1) Written in MS Excel and utilizing Macros for
a. Navigation between Sheets
b. Set a subscription, 1st time the Worksheet is run, it writes a date in a database worksheet
2) There are 2 worksheets for Input:
a. Customer Main Input Screen - worksheet (90% of the application runs off data from this worksheet
i. The information from this worksheet is utilized for all 8 other reports (worksheets it produces).
ii. It uses a “What is your current yearly revenue” number and pulls against an array (worksheet) – For the 8 other reports, it pulls data from the column in the array to produce reports.
iii. Update – to be able to select multiple outsourced professionals Field
b. Customer EBITDA and P&L – Some data from the array is utilized here, and this being a customer input screen, also needs to save its data to a database worksheet.
3) There are 8 Reports – to include 1 combined (customer input screen and Customer EBITDA and P&L)
4) To Purchase the MSP Business Evaluator and Accelerator, you need to go through many “things to do” from purchase, download, unzip the file, run the file, update Excel trust settings, and then run the Excel worksheet. – TOO MANY STEPS currently needed
Need:
1) Make it look like a modern (easy to run) application with a nice UI from a Wordpress website.
2) Make it look “professional” and not like an Excel Sheet, utilizing something like Excel SmartSheet or Google Sheets with Looker Studio.
3) Add Charts to what is already there, all data is available in the worksheets
4) Subscription (Paid) Versions may need to be modified – Either set for 0, 1, 30, 365 days, or number of times the application can be run.
5) When the customer 1st runs the Evaluator, it provides them with 1 (ONE) report for free. If they want more advanced “subscription” reports, they pay for them.
6) Keep track of the customer information (name, email, other 8 inputs), number of times they run the application, and subscription by date or number of times they can use the advanced “subscription” reports.
7) When the customer accesses the paid “subscription” version, they can also log in to view all of the Evaluations they ran and paid for.
