I need an experienced financial analyst to create an LBO model urgently. The ideal candidate should be able to create a full LBO model from scratch given instructions from a Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM). Key project requirements: - Basic assumptions and financial projections: Your model should include detailed financial projections based on the provided assumptions. - Operating model and capital structure: You will need to build a comprehensive operating model, and structure the capital in line with the LBO requirements. - Sensitivity and scenario analysis: I expect you to provide a detailed sensitivity and scenario analysis that is easy to interpret. - I have a CIM and a template excel sheet that you can use to create the model. I have other instructions as well in which I will provide after you bid. Time is of the essence, and I need this completed within 24 hours. Please only bid if you are confident in your ability to deliver accurate results in this very tight timeframe. This needs to be done in 24 hours or less, it cannot be done after that.
