I'm a CEO, and independent journalist and filmmaker and am in need of a virtual assistant to help with various tasks including email management, calendar management, and online research. People who have worked in the media industry would be highly suitable. Key Responsibilities: - Email Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for filtering and organizing incoming emails, responding to inquiries, and scheduling meetings on my behalf. Previous experience with managing professional email accounts is a plus. - Calendar Management: The VA should be proficient in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and setting reminders. - Online Research: You will be required to conduct online research on various topics and present the findings in a clear and concise manner. Software Proficiency: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and CRM software is a requirement. Experience with other productivity tools will be a plus. The perfect candidate for this role will have experience working in the media industry with journalists and filmmakers and be comfortable with working at a fast pace when necessary. This candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator as well as excellent written skills. An interest in humanitarian and social justice issues would be an advantage and a knowledge in world affairs. Experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success is preferred. Please provide examples of previous work and references in your application. This a permanent role not a short term contract. The rate set on this project is to provide a general idea of what you can earn on a monthly basis depending on the number of hours required on a weekly basis to complete the weekly tasks.
