We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our upper management team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling communication, and assisting with various tasks to help our executives operate more efficiently. Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments * Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements * Screen and direct emails * Prepare reports, presentations, and documents * Conduct research and compile data as needed * Assist with project management tasks * Handle confidential information with discretion * Provide general administrative support to the upper management team Requirements: * Must be a strong English communicator (both written and spoken) * Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and other relevant software * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * High level of professionalism and confidentiality Preferred Qualifications: * Certificate in Business Administration or related field would be a bonus * Experience working in a similar role supporting upper management * Knowledge of project management tools and software Duration and Hours: We are looking for an individual that is capable of being flexible in their schedule. With our upper management's needs and constant traveling we would require someone that is capable of working outside of the regular 9-5 schedule, with a more open-minded approach to working hours.
